I worked as the main producer on this project once Asset development began. I worked through multiple schedules to accomadate art changes requested by the client.

Minnie's Fashion Tour

For Minnie I was managed the second half of the project. I also worked as the technical artist, handling getting the clients artwork though our pipeline so it was ready for implementation in Unity.

For Doc I handled alot of the interal QA as well as bug tracking.

Sproutlet Stories

For Sproutlet Stories I was the main producer on the project. I coordinated a team of 4 artists and an engineer to create an interactive mad-lib styled storybook. I handled the schedules, meetings and client communication. As well as internal QA and deliverables.

Daniel Tiger's Day and Night

For Daniel tiger I handled alot of the QA for the iOS and Android versions. Ensuring that both versions played smoothly on over a dozen devices and that the gameplay remained consistent throughout. I had to identify locations in the game that required optimization to ensure a well paced playthrough.

Lone Ranger: Train Top Sprint

For Lone Ranger I handled day to day coordination between the team. I jumped in with some spritesheet optimization during platform testing as well. Deliverables and QA were a part of my tasks here as well.

Sing It Laurie: Musical Adventures

My roles for Laurie, were to bring the project through its final milestone. I coordinated with the Production Director to integrate feedback from the client into the project. I tracked bugs using the bug tracking software, assigned tasks to the development team, and ran testing. I also handled posting the project for handoff at the final milestone.

Guncraft

My production roles on Guncraft, generally related to maintaining the art milestones. I would coordinate with the Executive Producer in developing the main project milestones, and then build the art milestones to fit into the schedule. I tracked bugs through our online bug tracking software, for the art department and for the engineering side. I also took part in gameplay and functionality testing.

Progenitor Prologue

As the art lead, I handled coordinating the art department, and integrating with the rest of the the development team. I would manage the art team, to keep them on schedule and to keep their output in line with the needs of the engineering team. I worked with our outsourced artist to maintain the same level of consistancy throughout the art team. I developed the art schedule to fit in line with the projects milestones. I also did Xbox 360 testing, and took part in PC testing.

For Progenitor my production roles were in team management, coordinating with the development team, and scheduling the art team. This included a sprint for developing a cinematic for an E3 viewing of Progenitor. I built a schedule and balanced the art teams product development, with render time.

For Zoo, my production roles were varied. I handled handoffs to the instructors and maintaining the documentation for the project. I also wrote the original design documentation.

With Wind, my production duties included meeting with the instructors, integrating feedback, maintaining documentation, and delivering on handoffs. I captained presentations and wrote ths script.
